Who we are

This website is operated by Leverage Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. “Leverage Holding,” “Leverage Consulting,” “Leverage Ventures,” “Leverage Auto,” “Leverage Insurance,” and “Leverage AI” are brand names used by Leverage Consulting LLC. They are not separate companies. In this notice, “Leverage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Leverage Consulting LLC.

What you share

• Contact details: name, company, email, phone, and the messages you send.
• Home sellers: property address, city, property condition, timeline, notes, and whether you agreed to calls or texts.
• Deal review and partnership inquiries: what you need and your deal summary.
• Commodities: your role, commodity, volume or frequency, origin or destination, and opportunity summary.
• Insurance waitlist: name and email, so we can tell you when Leverage Insurance launches.
• Auto: service requested, vehicle of interest, dates or timeframe, and vehicle or service details.
• Investor and buyer list: name, company, email, buyer type, property types, areas, price range, and the deal-calculator figures sent with the form (after-repair value, repair estimate, and max offer).

Email may also contain attachments and anything else you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, account numbers, identification images, medical records, or other people’s personal information through these forms or ordinary email.

How we use it

• To read and answer your inquiry and understand the property, transaction, or service you are asking about.
• To follow up with you by email, and by phone call or text message only if you agreed to be contacted that way. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you joined our investor or buyer list, to email you opportunities and updates until you unsubscribe.
• To keep records of our communications, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties.

AI-assisted drafting. We may use AI writing tools to help draft replies to inquiries. A person at Leverage reviews every reply before it is sent. We do not use AI tools to make automated decisions about you.

Who sees it

• Our principals only: inquiries are read only by Leverage Consulting LLC’s three principals, Brendon Luke, Ron Loveall, and Michael Bigler.
• Service providers that host or deliver it: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions; see Netlify form submissions and Netlify’s privacy policy), Google Workspace (business email; see Google’s data processing terms), and the AI writing tools described above, which process inquiry text only to help us draft a reply.
• When the law requires it: for example, to respond to a subpoena or court order.

We do not share your inquiry with any other third party, including other buyers, investors, lenders, or insurance carriers, with one exception for home sellers: if you sign a purchase contract with us, we share what the closing needs with the title or escrow company, and we may share property details (such as address, condition, and price, but not your phone number or email) with prospective buyers or assignees, as described in our Business Disclosures. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, logs, and fonts

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across other websites; it records basic, aggregated information such as the page visited, referring site, browser type, country, and page load time. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the fonts, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. See Google Fonts FAQ and Google’s privacy policy.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Netlify uses them to run and secure the site and keeps them under its own policies.

Do Not Track. This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not change how it works in response to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through this site, apart from the font and hosting requests described above.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for 3 years after our last contact with you, and then delete them. Investor and buyer list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only what we need to honor that request.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below). Copies in backups may take a short time longer to remove.

Your privacy choices

Email contact@leverage-holding.com to ask what information we have about you or to request a copy, a correction, or deletion. Tell us what you need and how we can reach you. Do not send identification documents by ordinary email. We may ask for limited information to confirm the request is yours.

• Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
• Calls: tell us and we will add you to our do-not-call list.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests as those laws require.

Children and security

This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We limit access to inquiry information to the three principals named above and use the security features of our email and hosting providers. No website or email system is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Arizona law requires (A.R.S. § 18-552). If we need sensitive documents for a transaction, we will arrange a more secure way to exchange them; please do not send them through the website or ordinary email.

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will tell affected people by email before it applies to them.
