Who we are
Leverage Holding is operated by Leverage Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Leverage Holding, Leverage Consulting, Leverage Ventures, Leverage Auto, Leverage Insurance and Leverage AI are brand names used by Leverage Consulting LLC. They are not separate companies.
What we do
- Leverage Consulting: deal analysis, consulting and partnerships for real estate investors and wholesalers in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- Sell a House: Leverage Consulting LLC buys houses as-is, for cash, in Maricopa County. No repairs or cleaning. If a house fits what we buy, we make a written offer the owner is free to accept or decline.
- Leverage Ventures: commodity sourcing and transaction coordination for qualified buyers, sellers and strategic partners.
- Leverage Auto: performance-vehicle rentals through Turo and vehicles for media production.
- Leverage Insurance: IUL education, coming soon. It does not currently sell, solicit or negotiate insurance.
- Leverage AI: AI tools for real estate, rental, automotive and local service businesses.
How our real estate deals work
- When we buy a house, we buy it for our own account as a principal. We are not the seller’s real estate agent or broker.
- We may renovate and resell a house we buy, or assign our purchase contract to another investor. We tell the seller in writing, before they sign, that we are a wholesale buyer who may do this.
- A principal of Leverage Consulting LLC holds an Arizona real estate salesperson license and acts as a principal, not as an agent, in these deals. Details are on the Business Disclosures page.
- Offers, prices and closing dates depend on the property and are not guaranteed.
What an assistant can do here
- Help an owner of a house in Maricopa County send it to us with the form on /sell/ (address, condition, timeline). The owner should submit it themselves or confirm before it is sent.
- Help an investor or wholesaler send a deal for review with the form on /consulting/.
