This website is operated by Leverage Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. “Leverage Holding,” “Leverage Consulting,” “Leverage Ventures,” “Leverage Auto,” “Leverage Insurance,” and “Leverage AI” are brand names used by Leverage Consulting LLC. They are not separate companies. In this page, “Leverage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Leverage Consulting LLC.

These terms cover the website and its content. Signed agreements and platform booking terms (such as Turo’s) govern actual transactions.

Information only

Website descriptions, examples, calculators, rates, and messages are for general information. They are not an offer or commitment to buy or sell property, rent a vehicle, source commodities, provide insurance, or provide financing.

Nothing on this website is an offer of credit. Leverage Consulting LLC does not offer loans to the public, does not arrange or broker loans, and does not offer vehicle financing. See the Business Disclosures.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an offer, reservation, agency relationship, or transaction agreement. Any transaction depends on review, availability, and separate written terms.

Free deal reviews are our own opinion, shared at no charge. We do not act as your agent, broker or adviser, and we earn money only when we buy, wholesale, flip or partner on a deal as a principal.

Examples and calculator results (including the deal calculator and rental estimator) are illustrations based on the numbers you enter. They are not an appraisal, broker price opinion, offer, rental quote, or loan quote. They do not promise returns, savings, purchase prices, closing dates, or final terms. Read the Business Disclosures before relying on any example.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate someone, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. Only submit information you are authorized to share.

Do not send sensitive documents through inquiry forms or ordinary email. The Privacy Notice explains how we handle inquiry information.

Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding, and design belong to Leverage Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and keep a copy for your own evaluation. You may not resell or republish it, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Third-party names, fonts, and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses.

Availability and outside services

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Content and services may change.

Outside websites and platforms have their own terms. Turo bookings are subject to Turo’s terms and booking policies. A link does not mean we guarantee another provider’s services or content.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leverage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, resulting from use of or inability to use the website.

This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud or intentional misconduct, and does not waive rights you cannot waive. Separate transaction agreements may contain their own terms.

Arizona law and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Arizona law governs these website terms. Disputes about these terms will be brought in state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law requires otherwise.

These website terms do not replace dispute provisions in a separate transaction agreement or in Turo’s terms.

Changes and questions

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply to use of the site after they are posted.
